Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. You will work with local leadership to set appointments, run in-person or phone presentations, and leverage Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing.

The role offers 100% commission with residuals and a 401(k) match. Training includes CRM onboarding with Salesforce and full-field selling, with career growth in a fast-moving fintech payroll environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and set appointments
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and FinTech trends
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership
• Participate in additional duties as needed
