Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will use Salesforce for lead generation and paperless contracts, with coaching during training and the option to set your own schedule after onboarding.

Role involves visiting clients in the field about 50% of the time, building a network, and upselling additional Auris products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in the posting area.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills are required.
• Willingness to be in the field 50% of the time and work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run payroll presentations in person or by phone.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Meet minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments to secure wins.
• Build product knowledge and stay updated on fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
