Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM for lead generation, presentations, and paperless contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
• Must reside in area relative to job posting location.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong integrity and urgency to deliver results.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with notes and schedules.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and close sales.
• Stay updated on product portfolio and fintech industry developments.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
