Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close deals with merchants. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and PTM/PDM to run appointments and deliver Auris solutions using Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing.

During training you’ll be guided by your PDM/PTM, then you’ll set your own schedule to maximize upside from uncapped weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity.

Qualifications

• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and set appointments
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Meet production targets and secure initial meetings
• Stay updated on product/service portfolio and fintech developments
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching with leaders
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
