Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee client relationships, ensure seamless payroll delivery, and support tax-related processes. You will coordinate user setup, training, and retention initiatives while guiding Payroll Specialists and liaising with internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with in-office duties in TX.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating payroll/benefits across multiple states is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client group.
• Coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms and reporting tools.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss account status.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve payroll issues.
• Collaborate with QA and operations to improve processes.
