Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and services provider, is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee client relationships and payroll-related processes in GA. This hands-on role requires coordinating user setup, training, and ensuring timely payroll processing while guiding tax and reporting requirements.

The position emphasizes proactive client engagement, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years of PEO/ASO/HCM multistate experience preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in payroll processing and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client group.
• Coordinate client setup and training for payroll and reporting platforms.
• Monitor and improve client retention through proactive interventions.
• Manage client accounts and foster relationships with clients, brokers and internal teams.
• Liaise between clients and internal operations to ensure service delivery in line with SOPs.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and significant matters.
