Qualifications

• At least two years of bookkeeping experience, relevant education, or a combination of both.
• Experience with QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass Washington State and FBI fingerprint-based background checks.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and HRIS administration in ADP.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks.
• Reconciliations and other administrative duties.
