Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is hiring a part-time Family Office Accountant / Bookkeeper in Lakewood, WA. The role is a direct hire with 2-3 days per week and a salary of 80K–100K, DOE.

The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial information with precision. You will support multiple entities and coordinate with CPAs.

Qualifications

• Strong bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Extensive hands-on QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations and bill payment.
• Comfort working with CPAs and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day accounting and financial support for a private family office.
• Pay household and business expenses and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and assist CPA with tax filings.
