Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare month-end closing reports.
• Process Payroll and assist with benefit tracking (experience with ADP a plus).
• Track Inventory-related financials.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statements, assist with budgeting, and provide reporting to management.
• Work closely with external CPA for tax preparation and year end filings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Other duties upon request to maintain office.
