Job summary

Cardiac Imaging Inc. (CII) is the nation’s leading Cardiac PET provider seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team, supporting payroll processing and travel reimbursements with accurate, timely bi-weekly cycles.

Responsibilities include reviewing timecards, processing multi-state payroll with ADP Workforce Now, approving expense reports, training new hires on payroll systems, and keeping current on federal/state/local payroll taxes to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years related experience, preferably in an accounting department.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong analytical problem solving and auditing skills.
• High attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.
• Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
• Experience with federal, state, and local payroll taxes.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll across multiple states using ADP Workforce Now.
• Review/ input employee timecards, including driver hours via ELD system.
• Review/Approve employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Provide new hire payroll system training related to timecard reporting and PTO requests.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll changes (new hires, terminations, etc.).
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting payroll and taxes.
• Provide ad-hoc management reporting as needed.
