Job summary

APIC Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll operations across multiple states and entities. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of weekly payroll while managing certified payroll reporting, prevailing wage compliance, payroll controls, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Certified payroll and prevailing wage payroll experience.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, deductions, and taxes.
• Experience with payroll controls, reporting, audits, and process improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee payroll operations across multiple states/entities.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant weekly payroll processing.
• Manage certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance.
