Job summary

Cardiac Imaging is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support bi-weekly payroll processing and travel reimbursements. You will review timecards, assist staff with payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with multi-state tax rules.

The role collaborates with HR and Accounting and requires ADP Workforce Now experience, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Local Illinois location; a high school diploma is required with 3+ years of payroll experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or BA/BS preferred in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum three (3) years related payroll experience, preferably in a corporate accounting environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong analytical problem solving and auditing skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews and updates to employee timecards and driver hours.
• Provide assistance to staff with payroll inquiries including tax or deduction changes and PTO requests.
• Review and approve expense reports; import reimbursements into payroll system.
• Input and verify bi-weekly multi-state payroll including garnishments, benefits and taxes.
