Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage full‑cycle payroll processing for employees and contract staff across multiple states. You will ensure data accuracy, tax compliance, and timely reporting while partnering with HR, Finance, IT/HRIS, and external vendors.

The role emphasizes process improvement, system optimization (Paylocity, Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle), and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain payroll integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive, full‑cycle payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and reporting, FLSA wage and hour laws, garnishments, deductions, and payroll compliance.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or migrations.
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and payroll data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle payroll processing for employees and contract workers.
• Validate timekeeping and payroll data across multiple pay structures and locations.
• Manage multi-state payroll and comply with applicable regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist audits and investigations.
• Develop payroll metrics and dashboards to monitor accuracy and performance.
