Job summary

Cardiac Imaging Inc. is hiring a Payroll Analyst in Oakbrook Terrace, IL to support bi-weekly payroll processing and expense reimbursements. The role reports to the Payroll Supervisor and emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include reviewing timecards, handling payroll inquiries, processing multi-state payroll, and ensuring proper garnishments, benefits, and taxes. A strong background with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Accounting/Business degree preferred.
• 3+ years payroll experience, preferably in an accounting department.
• Minimum 2 years with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and auditing skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days in Oakbrook Terrace office.

Responsibilities

• Review and update employee timecards daily, including driver hours.
• Assist staff with payroll inquiries (address, tax, deductions, PTO, access issues).
• Review/approve expense reports and import reimbursements.
• Provide new hire payroll system training on timecard reporting and PTO requests.
• Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, garnishments, benefits and taxes per laws.
• Ensure accurate processing of hires, changes, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting as a payroll liaison.
• Stay updated on payroll tax changes at all levels.
• Audit and reconcile payroll and travel expenses; generate ad-hoc reports.
• Participate in related projects as assigned.
