Job summary

eClinicalWorks is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage full cycle, bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

You will collect, calculate, and enter payroll data, maintain employee records, and generate reports for Finance and HR. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 2+ years of payroll experience and familiarity with UltiPro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW.
• 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience required.
• UltiPro experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Runs and quality checks full cycle, bi-weekly payroll.
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updates employees’ records by entering changes in earnings, deductions, address, direct deposit, and work location.
• Prepares payroll related reports for Finance and HR department.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
