Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, including compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Proficient with payroll systems and tax regulations.
• Strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for all employees in a high-volume environment.
• Verify and reconcile time and attendance, including overtime and special pay.
• Maintain employee records (tax info, direct deposit, deductions).
• Calculate and process payroll adjustments (bonuses, commissions, reimbursements).
• Ensure compliance with tax withholding and reporting requirements.
