Job summary

FEAM Aero is seeking a payroll specialist to help maintain accurate, timely payroll for all employees. You will process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll and ensure records reflect wages, deductions, bonuses, and timekeeping data.

You will also generate reports for management and auditors, respond to payroll inquiries with professionalism, and coordinate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes, while safeguarding confidential information in line with policy.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, timekeeping data, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and auditors.
• Address and resolve payroll inquiries from employees and managers.
• Assist managers with timecards in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, terminations, and payroll changes.
• Safeguard confidential payroll information in compliance with data protection policies.
