Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Crew Payroll Analyst to support flight attendant and pilot pay across multiple systems. You will work with Crew Services, Inflight, Flight Ops and HR to administer pay per CBAs and company policy.

Responsibilities include auditing pay events, preparing monthly pay details, reconciling balances, and ensuring SOX controls. Strong Excel skills and aviation systems experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for payroll tasks.
• Understanding of payroll processes in aviation or related industries.
• Experience with or knowledge of CBA interpretation related to scheduling pay.

Responsibilities

• Audit payroll events for accuracy using specialized tools.
• Prepare monthly pay details for crew credits, adjustments, per diem, sick and vacation.
• Generate final paycheck figures for terminated crew and track returned materials.
• Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues across departments.
• Manage vacation accrual and sick time processes in payroll systems.
