Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls and to administer UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. The role is located in Warroad, MN, with relocation benefits available for movers.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in HR or related field, experience in payroll processing, and strong knowledge of federal/state regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, is desired and UKG/WFM experience is

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG, verifications of employment, garnishments and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions.
