Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. You will process bi-weekly hourly payrolls and administer UKG and Workforce Management systems for multiple locations.

You will maintain data accuracy, generate payroll reports, and respond to employee questions with confidentiality. Strong Excel/Outlook and payroll regulation knowledge are preferred; relocation benefits are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including: daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, organizational changes).
• Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and other federal/state documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
