Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. This role handles hourly payroll processing for one or more locations and administers UKG and Workforce Management systems.

You will coordinate bi-weekly payroll cycles, maintain systems and data, generate reports, and respond to employee questions while upholding data confidentiality. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks in UKG, including new hires, terminations, and organizational changes.
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, bankruptcies, and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed and respond to payroll questions from employees and leadership.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data.
