Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. You will process bi-weekly hourly payrolls, manage UKG and WFM systems, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Relocation benefits are available to assist with the move. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in HR or related field, payroll experience, knowledge of federal/state regulations, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishments, bankruptcies, and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions.
