Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely hourly payroll processing and to administer UKG and WFM systems. You will coordinate bi-weekly payroll cycles and support employees and leadership on payroll questions.

The role requires a foundation in HR or related field, payroll experience, familiarity with federal/state regulations, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Marvin offers relocation benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles
• Manage payroll administration tasks including data entry and corrections in UKG and related systems
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other required documents
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision
• Compile payroll reports as needed
• Provide responsive support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions
• Uphold confidentiality of payroll data
