Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to handle hourly payrolls and administer UKG and Workforce Management systems across locations. This on-site role requires accurate data entry, timely processing, and strict confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in HR or related field, payroll experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; UKG/WFM experience is a plus. Relocation assistance is available for the Warroad, MN move.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in payroll processing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll administration tasks including new hires, terminations, and changes in UKG.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive support to employees and leadership on payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data.
