Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to handle accurate and timely hourly payroll processing for multiple locations and to administer UKG and Workforce Management systems. The role offers relocation considerations to Warroad, MN with competitive benefits and a strong focus on data confidentiality and employee support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG (new hires, terminations, changes)
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision
• Compile payroll reports as needed
• Provide responsive and professional payroll support to employees and leadership
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation
