Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Payroll Administrator to handle bi-weekly hourly payrolls and manage UKG and WFM systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing for multiple locations if needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles
• Manage payroll administration tasks including daily entries and corrections into UKG (i.e. new hires, terminations, organizational changes)
• Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other federal/state documents
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision
• Compile payroll reports as needed
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation
