Job summary

Marvin is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Warroad, MN. This role handles accurate and timely hourly payroll processing and administers UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll cycles, data entry and corrections in UKG, handling employment verifications, garnishments, and other required documents, and maintaining related databases with precision. Excellent organizational skills and data confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Prior payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Proficiency with UKG and Workforce Management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles.
• Process entries and corrections in UKG for new hires, terminations, and organizational changes.
• Process verifications of employment, child support, garnishments and other documents.
• Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision.
• Compile payroll reports as needed.
• Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll questions.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation.
