Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Payment Solution Sales Client Executives overseeing key client relationships and end-to-end experience.
• Set expectations, performance standards, and accountability for client coverage and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end client experience with proactive engagement and strong relationship health; manage escalations.
• Provide guidance on complex client situations, risk, and service gaps to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and deeper client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations and Coverage teams to coordinate seamless client solutions.
