U.S. Bank is hiring a Client Account Manager/Executive to serve as the strategic face of Payment Services for a diverse client base. You will oversee a book of accounts, drive growth and profitability, and manage contract renewals with a focus on client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes data analysis, performance reporting, and action-oriented recommendations. A hybrid schedule is offered with in-office presence required several days per week.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Typically five to eight years of client management experience in the payments industry

• Serve as the strategic face of Payment Services to clients across multiple channels.
• Manage a book of accounts including maintenance, growth, profitability, and contract renewals.
