You will lead, coach, and coordinate engagement with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and disciplined execution. Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing teams in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Payment Solution Sales Client Executives for key relationships.
• Establish expectations, performance standards, and accountability for client coverage.
• Oversee end-to-end client experience with proactive engagement and relationship health.
• Provide guidance on complex client situations, escalations, and service gaps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Drive organic growth through cross-selling and deeper client relationships.
• Monitor client satisfaction and risk indicators to identify improvements.
