Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience supporting institutional clients and cross-product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client experience, serving as the primary point of accountability for Payments relationship client satisfaction and health.
• Build deep, long-term client relationships grounded in trust and client objectives.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and address needs and concerns.
• Partner with internal product, trading, and coverage teams to deliver coordinated solutions across PMI and U.S. Bank capabilities.
• Drive organic growth through opportunities to deepen relationships via cross-selling.
