Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director in Commercial Banking Payments to lead a national team and shape end-to-end payment solution strategies. You will partner with Sales to price deals, develop training and collateral, and respond to RFPs while guiding product direction and risk management.

The role requires extensive experience across multiple product clusters, change leadership, and stakeholder management to drive market opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and product clusters.
• Experience facilitating sales cycle activities and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Ability to structure and manage complex solutions to meet client needs.
• Experience driving organizational change across functions.
• Preferred: recognized thought leader in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads a national team of Payables, Receivables and Digital Client Solution Specialists focused on delivering robust payments knowledge to identify, create and pitch profitable, client-tailored solutions.
• Leverages extensive knowledge of a cluster of products and capabilities to manage the strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes
• Partners with Sales to advise on strategic pricing for deals, contributes to the development of sales training and collateral, and oversees Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
• Manages the collection of client feedback and oversees the delivery of feedback to Product teams
• Influences the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
