Job summary

JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm, seeks an Executive Director in Commercial Banking Payments to lead complex client solutions and drive market opportunities.

You will leverage deep treasury and payments knowledge to craft end-to-end payment solutions, partner with Sales to capture opportunities, and collaborate with Product teams to shape the roadmap and deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Treasury, Cash Management, or product management roles with emphasis on Treasury/Finance
• Strong payments industry knowledge across wholesale payments, receivables, liquidity, FX, merchant services
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) finance/treasury modules, on-prem to cloud variants
• Excellent executive-level presentation and C-level selling abilities
• Ability to translate client needs into business value through solution selling

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and configure optimal client-facing payment solutions
• Serve as SME on core payables products and digital channels
• Support Sales with pricing, pipeline & account planning
• Engage client teams to refine solutions and relay feedback to Product teams
• Act as SME across all core payables products and integration solutions (API, host-to-host, SWIFT, mobile)
• Enable sales partners and drive engagement on complex opportunities
• Support client integration requirements, RFP/RFI responses, and demonstrations
• Provide market feedback to Product Managers on functionality needs and competitive landscape
