Job summary

You will partner with Banking, Sales and Product to shape solutions, drive pipeline growth, and deliver thought leadership for top Technology and NBFI clients in North America.

You will originate opportunities, craft market-driven strategies, and mentor teams to scale best practices while ensuring risk management and policy compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in a money-movement, payments, or treasury role.
• Demonstrated practitioner depth in Payments and/or Treasury capabilities.
• Strong understanding of payment industry and treasury infrastructure.
• Growth mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sector, market, and client insight to shape sales strategy and opportunities.
• Understand JPM product offerings and leverage them to structure client solutions.
• Diagnose client needs and develop recommendations across treasury, payments, liquidity, and working capital.
• Stay updated on industry trends to define treasury & payment strategy.
• Originate and support opportunities; contribute to pipeline creation and deal strategy.
• Develop executive-ready materials and client presentations for senior engagement.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for clients and sales teams.
• Create reusable playbooks and positioning guidance for teams.
