Early Warning (Zelle) is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager in Scottsdale to bridge sales and technical delivery for payment solutions. You will leverage expertise in payment systems, APIs and ecommerce integrations to craft solutions for merchants and partners.

The role combines pre-sale and post-sale engagements with leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidate has extensive experience in U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in solutions/sales engineering or technical consulting within U.S. payments/fintech.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, ecommerce integrations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and merchants.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Designs tailored payment solutions for clients integrating with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Delivers technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations on payment workflows and compliance.
• Creates solution documentation, guides, and proposals for client use cases.
