• Track engagement and pipeline using Salesforce and dashboards.
• Coordinate with RMs for seamless handoffs.
• Advise ICG RMs on prioritizing payment opportunities.
• Provide insights on client segmentation and revenue potential.
• Help focus on high-impact opportunities with visibility.
• Coordinate pricing across payment products.
• Ensure competitive, bundled pricing.
• Partner with product/finance to manage margins.
