Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing business communications, training materials, presentations, or reporting deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools for research, content development, reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Practices initiatives across governance, controls, process improvement, sales enablement, and business transformation activities.
• Coordinate deliverables with stakeholders, track milestones, identify dependencies, and support implementation of priorities.
• Evaluate and enhance processes, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency, consistency, and risk management.
• Maintain process documentation, operating procedures, governance materials, and program artifacts.
• Support CRM enhancements, workflow tools, sales enablement technologies, and other business applications.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate user testing, document feedback, and support rollout activities.
• Develop and maintain communications, training materials, job aids, and presentations.
• Translate policy changes into clear communications for different audiences.
• Produce dashboards and reports to support governance and management decisions.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities and risks, and provide insights toward business objectives.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate meetings, tracking actions across multiple initiatives including change management.
