Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, client management, or related field.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM tools.
• Able to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and customizing client presentations for Sales.
• Analyze data to provide insights for client development strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and prepare materials.
• Support account plans and documentation for reviews and strategy sessions.
• Schedule client calls and meetings, handling logistics efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute client briefings and call reports.
• Monitor and update the Sales pipeline with accurate data.
• Track progress of Sales opportunities and provide status updates.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.
• Operate with a risk-based mindset and adhere to compliance.
• Ensure output quality per brand and company standards.
