Qualifications

• Proven success in prospecting and closing new business with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate complex client needs into compelling payment solutions.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting, sourcing, and closing new merchant services opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Develop strategic dialogues around clients’ payment needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver merchant services solutions.
• Understand clients’ payment environments and position appropriate solutions.
• Lead the merchant services sales process from discovery to onboarding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions and move opportunities through sales and onboarding.
• Develop internal partnerships to identify opportunities within portfolios and generate new business.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and manage opportunities.
• Deliver thought leadership on payment trends and evolving industry needs.
