Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Manager for Merchant Services in Plano, TX. You will manage a select portfolio of Middle Market clients, partnering with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to meet profitability goals through strategic client management and re-contracting efforts.

You will lead cross-sell opportunities, coordinate with product and operations, and deliver quarterly reviews with financial analyses to expand business within your client base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic relationship management or related roles.
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple lines of business in financial services.
• Proven track record of relationship growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of Middle Market clients.
• Collaborate with bank coverage teams to optimize product delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and interface with internal partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic client insights and financial analyses.
• Identify and pursue incremental business opportunities within assigned relationships.
• Represent JPMorgan Merchant Services at industry conferences.
