Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a strategic Relationship Manager for Merchant Services in Plano, TX. You will manage a select portfolio of Middle Market clients, partnering with the bank coverage team and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to meet profitability goals.

You will maintain senior client relationships, drive cross-sell opportunities, and deliver quarterly reviews with financial insights, while traveling up to 25% for industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in strategic relationship management or business development, or technology related experience.
Experience growing relationships with Fortune 500 clients and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate across multi-faceted financial institutions with relationship bankers, product, service and operations partners.

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue objectives by maintaining and growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
Coordinate with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services, FX and Card Services to optimize delivery.
Serve as primary client contact for Merchant Services and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver quarterly business reviews with compelling financial and market analyses to support proposals.
Represent JPMorgan in industry conferences to enhance market visibility.
