Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in United States, Louisiana. This role focuses on driving payments and lease renewals, coaching customers toward ownership while building lasting relationships over phone and in person.

You will work to meet daily revenue and renewal goals, manage customer accounts, and support the sales team in a fast-paced, benefit-rich environment. Prior retail/customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store systems.
• Contact customers with overdue payments via phone and in person.
• Promote timely lease renewals and explain benefits of renewal.
• Support revenue and renewal goals with daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
