The role emphasizes relationship-building over the phone and in-person interactions to support revenue goals. Photos and a strong commitment to customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired/ unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
