The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor. This role focuses on coaching customers to understand lease benefits, driving collections and renewals, and building lasting relationships to guide customers toward ownership of merchandise.

You will work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction, manage payments, and support store goals with a strong emphasis on service and ownership outcomes. The position offers competitive pay and benefits related to the role.

Competenze

• Must be 21+ years old (US) or 18+ in Canada for applicable roles.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location (US).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.
