Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor who will coach customers to drive payments and renew lease agreements. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership while meeting daily revenue goals.

This role emphasizes high-energy interaction, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance and the store’s needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask and perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist with setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Inspect and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for items returned.
• Manage weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle and support Sales Team as needed.
• Take on other reasonable duties requested by management.
