Job summary

Aaron’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals, building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $18.00–$19.00, eligibility for incentive pay, and benefits such as PTO and health coverage; candidates must meet basic requirements listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in the US with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and perform all store functions.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements both in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate the vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
