Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Oregon. This role focuses on driving payments, renewing lease agreements, and delivering outstanding service to customers by phone and in person, with the goal of helping customers reach ownership of their merchandise.

You will be coached by the Customer Accounts Manager, build relationships, and work toward monthly revenue targets. The position offers competitive pay, incentive opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
