The role ensures secure, compliant processing and staff performance, with strong collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include leading the team, maintaining procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and driving operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of banking/payment operations experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking experience.
• AAP, APRP, AFPP, NCP, or related payments certification preferred; if not held, obtain within agreed time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Payments Operations staff, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day payments operations for accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production queues, workflows, and KPIs; prepare reports for leadership.
• Support fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and customer experience.
• Participate in system testing, vendor implementations, and automation initiatives.
