This role requires 7+ years in payments and 5+ years of supervisory experience, with knowledge of NACHA rules and instant payments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, treasury management, merchant services, or bank operations leadership.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules, card network rules, and instant payments requirements.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience with high-performing teams.
• Certifications such as AAP, APRP, or AFPP.
• Experience building or integrating payments orchestration or core platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise payments roadmap across ACH, wire, RTP/FedNow, card, and emerging rails.
• Design and implement a robust payments infrastructure and controls.
• Collaborate with AML, Fraud, Compliance and Operations to embed controls by design.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding due diligence, and KPI tracking for payments.
