Chase is recruiting a Transactions Supervisor to lead a team responsible for daily document transactions and remittance processing. You will drive accuracy and productivity, coach frontline staff, and leverage AI and automation to optimize workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in payment operations. You’ll supervise, mentor, and coordinate efforts across operations to ensure timely processing and accurate posting, with a focus on customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front‑line teams to meet production, quality, and customer experience goals.
• Knowledge of remittance processing or similar operations.
• Understanding of AI/automation technologies and how they can improve transaction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of transaction specialists to ensure efficient processing of documents and remittances.
• Oversee remittance processing, set daily production goals, delegate work, and monitor performance for productivity and quality.
• Resolve operational issues and expedite delays while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Review data to identify procedural issues and guide junior team members to compliant practices.
• Lead projects to enhance operations and customer experiences using AI and automation knowledge.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop leadership and operations capabilities for future roles.
